MY YOGA STYLE

My personal yoga style is creative and mindful. It combines dynamic sequences to more restorative poses (asanas).

There is no standard procedure so the type, pace and intensity vary depending on the class. 

MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY​

 

What I want my students to bring home after my classes:

  • A stronger, more resilient body. Vinyasa yoga challenges your body in order to strengthen the muscular structure. A stronger body means more energy available to live a quality life. 

  • A quieter mind. During my classes, you won't be able to get lost in thoughts. I will challenge you with new combinations of poses, which will require concentration and awareness. This will result in emptying the mind from anxious or negative thoughts. 

  • Deep relaxation. Despite the physical challenge, we breath consciously, calmly and deeply throughout the practice. This has a strong, positive impact on the nervous system, drastically reducing our stress levels. Practicing on a regular basis keeps stress levels low and steady.

  • Personal development. My classes are always designed around a psychological, philosophical or ethical theme on which we reflect throughout the practice.
